Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in London. The room was impeccable and immaculate with penthaligon toiletries included. The hotel was in a stunning location just off underground from major London train stations, the conservatory and breakfasts, and the quality and personalised nature of the hotels.

Marvellous location in great area, so close to London, Oxford and the Cotswolds, the wonderful Kensington palace and the restaurant for the first time. Glamorous and neat room, had a really great stay with first class service in beautiful surroundings.
